Library Classes

The library offers a comprehensive programme of classes and drop-ins to support your students' study and research.

Throughout semesters 1 and 2, we run classes every week, covering topics such as Library Research Skills, RefWorks and Harvard Referencing. Students can register for as many classes as they wish to attend.

Currently all classes are delivered in a hybrid format, we will teach in-person in Room 321 in the Georgina Scott Sutherland Learning Centre, each session can also also accommodate online learners. We expect to be able to accomodate 30 students in-person and 45 online for each session.

Our programme can be explored in the Library Classes and Drop-ins guide. Please feel free to encourage your students to sign up for relevant sessions at times of their choosing.

If you have any questions about our programme, or would like to speak to library staff about offering library classes to your students covering different topics or at a specified time, we are happy to discuss your requirements. Please contact us at library.support@rgu.ac.uk.
